It won't let you break your own stream

New

• Bitrate now adapts to where you actually stream. Twitch accepts up to 6 Mbps, Kick 8, YouTube 9 — go above and the platform still accepts the connection, so the app says LIVE and everything looks fine, but your viewers get a black screen. One Tap now caps automatically to the lowest limit among the platforms you have enabled, and tells you which one is setting it. Streaming only to your own server or OBS? No cap — there you set the rules.
• Every resolution is selectable — 1080p60, 1080p30, 720p60, 720p30, 480p30 and 360p30. The lower ones were previously hidden behind the top three, which is backwards: 480p that arrives beats 1080p that stutters, and 360p is the difference between still streaming and losing the stream entirely in a tunnel or a packed venue.

Fixed

• The uptime shown on remote dashboards counted from your very first stream instead of the one you are actually running.

Your subscription, your devices

New

• A subscription now covers up to three devices — phone, spare and tablet. Switching to a new phone? Tap Use this device and the subscription moves across, no support ticket. The limit exists so one paid account can't be handed round a hundred people; it's set high enough that a real streamer will never notice it.

Fixed

• Groundwork so a repackaged copy of the app can be spotted. Nothing changes for you — this only affects builds that aren't ours.

Make it yours

New

• Button colour — pick the colour of GO LIVE and the active controls from nine presets under Settings → Appearance. The live indicator deliberately stays red: that you're broadcasting has to read at a glance, so it isn't something you can colour away.

Fixed

• Light mode actually works. Light and Dark looked identical because the screens still used a fixed dark palette — only a handful of system controls ever changed. Every surface, label and icon now follows the theme, and switching takes effect instantly instead of on the next restart. Text colours are picked for contrast on each background rather than assumed white.
• Panels no longer hide their last row behind the tab bar — worst in landscape, where the bottom of the Dashboard was unreachable.
• Chat names use a palette matched to the theme, and a rare crash on certain usernames is gone.

Scenes & pro camera controls

• Scenes — switch your whole setup with one tap: camera, dual-camera, microphone and overlays all change together. Four ready-made scenes (Walking, Talking, Dual cam, BRB), and you can save your current setup as a new scene with the + button. Long-press any scene to edit or delete it. Works mid-stream with no interruption.
• Pro camera controls — exposure (EV) slider and focus lock. Lock focus so the picture stops hunting while you walk, and brighten or darken the shot without touching quality settings.
• Chat overlay can be turned on/off and its background transparency adjusted (0–100%).

Fixed

• Kick login now works end to end — stream keys are fetched automatically again.
• Landscape: the lower camera buttons are reachable; the control strip stays clear of the tab bar.

Polished shapes & movable chat

• Picture-in-picture shapes look far better: smooth anti-aliased edges and a soft light rim that lifts the bubble off the background.
• Chat can be moved anywhere on screen and resized freely in both directions — drag the panel to move it, drag the corner handle to resize. Your layout is remembered.

• Landscape: the lower camera buttons were out of reach — the control strip now fits the actual screen height and scrolls.
